Factory Tonneau front cover latching problem

Front cover won't lock in place. Any suggestions on how to fix this?[Broken External Image]:

Try spraying WD40 in the cable ends both at the latches and in the lock assembly. Sometimes the cable can get stuck.

We hada similar problem with todds today. we switched the brackets from front to back and We had george kneel on it and it clicked. seemed like it just needed a little pressure.
