Ford Soft Tonneau Cover Parts

Does anyone know who makes the "soft" Tonneau cover sold by Ford for the Sport Trac ??



One of the black "plastic" corner pieces has broken and I've gotten two totally different answers from Ford about a replacement part.



MY local dealer says the part isn't available, the dealer in the next says they can get the part but it costs @ $30 so Iwant to try to go directly to the manufacturer.
