Once again the person at fault is trying to put the blame on someone else, refusing to take responsibility. This is exactly the type of person Obamacare was designed for. And you all thought it was just healthcare...
"the person at fault is trying to put the blame on someone else"
toyota is facing that problem now:sad:
blah blah, you guys are overly protective of FORD. Remember the pinto, the ford explorer roll over debacle, this sport trac was direct descendant of the ford ranger/ explorer prior in terms of design. But the ford explorer roll over case, actually prompted ford to install additional safety measures, LIKE esp technology, so for them not to provide it on an '02, two years after that recall is grounds for a lawsuit. This is a safety issue, I am sure if it happened to you, this will not be looked at unfavorably. The issue is if ford had missed an opportunity to improve standard safety knowing the increased likelihood of a rollover in these vehicles. Please do some research before you guys protect the big powerful corporations, they have an army of lawyers, we consumers on the other hand are at the short end of the stick. Ford is a better company now, because the consumer fought them on faulty design, and cheap short cuts, this case appears no different.
