Front bumper cover is loose where it joins the fender where it wraps around on the side of the truck. The front bumper cover freqently sticks out about an inch. I have to align everything and give it a few whacks to get it to go back. Shouldn't it "snap" of have some sort of fastener to hold it?

Any ideas appreciated.

No clue, Mine is fine..,.. did any one in a parking lot hit it or bump it ?

I rear-ended another guy last fall. I know I should just take it back to the body shop, but I know they will probably just screw up something else.

Looking at it, I think I can just drill a hole from the edge of the wheel opening and stick a big ol aluminum pop rivit in there and rivet the pieces together to hold it. I hate to resort to "Ozark Engineering" on my new truck, but sometimes that is just the easiest way to deal with things.

Don't take this the wrong way but your post made it sound like it was an OEM ford problem.....

I believe there are clips in there. I bet one is worn or broken.... Take a look on the parts listing on Torrie's site and look at that corner.....

Probably can just order a new clip or pin and fix it the right way...
