Has anyone installed the 2 gauge pod on the windshield post on the driver side from autometer? If so how did it look and do you have pics? Part number for that pod is15308 it says it fits up too 2002 ranger and 99 explorer. But I dont see any major differences in the inside of my 2004 to the 2002 ranger. Thanks for the help.

I used the 2 pod with a single pod to make a three pod pillar. Fiberglassed it in. This is in my Explorer, but I have seen many others do it with the same pods.

I picked up this From Ebay for $19.99. It was for a 93 to 2002 Ford Ranger. Since the Ranger & the Explorer Sport Trac share the same dash, I figure they might share the same A-Pillar... I was right! The Sport Trac has very limited interior space to install auxilary gauges. This was a good setup, and it's reversable!!!

I've got one sitting on a shelf in my garage from when I had my S/C'd Ranger. You'd need some new push pins for it, or a couple of screws, but $15 and it'll be on your doorstep. I'll even throw in a couple of screws if I have some lying around that'll fit well.

Not to thread jack but CobraXP, do you have a Turbo'd Explorer??

I've got a modified Explorer Express kit on my '97 302. I used their kit to start with, then rebuit and ported the M90 and changed pulleys for a 9lb pulley. I've got an Eaton M112 sitting here with about half the fabrication done to put it on instead, just need time to finish it up one day.

Back to you Haphazrd... :smile0015:
