Gen 2 antifreeze

What is the best brand/type antifreeze to use to top off my '07 ST overflow tank. It is a bit low and other than going to FORD to buy their expensive brand...what do you all suggest. At least it's not the crap GM uses/used (Dex-Cool). Any thoughts/advice appreciated...

If your just topping off the tank....Water.

I just use the Prestone stuff that says you can mix it with anything. Flushed and refilled the system with that a few months ago too.

I ONLY use the FORD gold in the gold systems........



IF your a touch low, you could just add water to it.....

I only use Ford coolant in my Trac. Too many possible screwups with all the different coolant types these days.



Seems like a gallon was $14. That is a drop in the bucket considering how long it lasts and how much damage the wrong coolant can do to my $43,000 truck.
