Jeff, They are the biggest law breakers there are !!!! All the cops here have go carts, dirt bikes, quads.. ALL illegal on any NY street and OFF road, NO legal place to ride on the Island..

Yeah, I know, he already gave me a warning for doing 80 in a 40 on the road right outside the neighborhood...lol. I could always do it when he's not here, but everyone would know they were mine...
ToddZ, I guess you'll have to move to Nevada where off-roading is very legal, as well as a lot of other things .
