Help, How do you change Tail Lights

Help, How to do you change tail lights. I have a burn out tail light. The book says to remove the two shrews, but I don't see any shrews on the tail light lens.:huh:

Open the tailgate and you should see 2/3 grommets depending on the year. Pull those off, then remove the screws. The tail light pulls straight out towards the rear, and you will have to untwist the bulbs.

Anyone ever have the screw holes in their tail lights disintegrate? :blink:



Ordered a new one, but the weird thing is that the right one costs more than the left one, almost like there's a conspiracy, and people know the right will break before the left.
