HELP!!!!...Transmission Problems???

Hey everyone I just bought my 01 sport trac about 6 weeks ago? Yesterday i had a problem with it shifting rough. And the overdrive light began flashing. Today its having trouble shifting into 3rd gear it jumps a little when going into third gear and the rpm spikes a little. Help any ideas...besides buy a new tranny? i mean it only has 58000 miles on it?

My 2001 had the Transmission go out out at 150000 miles. The overdrive light is a warning of trouble. Mine did that at about the same miles as yours. There was a bolt loose in the transmission.
