Help w Window issue

Hey guys, my rear left window just stopped raising and lowering out of the blue. All other electrical works fine including other windows. Niether front switch or rear direct switch works. Any suggestion as to easy way to diagnose if it is a window motor without tearing the panels off? Also what is the easiest process to change out the motor and where to buy one cheap. Cant afford to go to the FORD stealer after their $995.00 radiator quote that I fixed new for $165 plus 2 gals of antifreeze in an hour thanks to advice i got on this site.:banana:

Please update your profile info so we can better assist you...... because on most ST's the switches just pull out, No door panel removal..... and you can test the switches and power and make a determination to the repair..

I dont think its a switch because te likelyhood of both switches going bad at the exact same time is not likely. All info and suggestions are appreciated.

What kind of pain is it to test the motor and change it if needed? where is a cheap source for purchasing one or can they be re-built?
