removed the wheel and turned it upside down so the Ford emblem would be upside down, no that would not take a 1/2 day. turned the whole truck upside down.

Clay, the offset is different, but they should work with spacers.



Doug, for the front and rear rotors and front pads, like I did, I'll do $600 shipped.

Hmm, i just love to fill the wheel wells out with the brakes, in the near future i'm hoping to hook up the new 08 Adrenalin wheels, but I hate when the discs look so small, so i would want to up the size of the rotor. What would be a rough estimate on the price and the necessary changes required to a bigger rotor and/or also bigger caliper?

Nobody's going to make a big brake kit for this truck... Ever. I'd have to do it all custom. The stock brakes are huge compared to most vehicles.



For comparison, the one on the right is my stock front. The one on the left is from an M3.

I'm running a first gen, and while i don't disagree they maybe bigger than most stocks brakes but when 20" wheels go on they can dwarf most brakes pretty easily.



10K is outrageous. I guess i am failing to see most of the custom work that would need to be done.
 
Well, since these brakes aren't even close to most, and it would be a one-off, I'd have to measure, blueprint, and machine one, then test fit it. Assuming it fit, I'd have to make a casting of it, then a sand mold, then a metal casting. Then I'd have to do the same for the other side. At that point, only the front is done. Then all those same steps for the back.



On top of that, I don't have a forge here, so I'd have to have the sand molds and castings done at a foundry. Then, once done, I'd have to X-ray them for imperfections for liability, and anodize them for corrosion (assuming they're aluminum alloy).



On top of all that, I'd either have to design them for a pre-existing pad, or make new pads.



I think you can see where this is going.
