Well I can't believe I made it out without a tow... my new Axis Regulators are all scratched up now and I was kinda hoping to keep a nice clean looking truck, but not anymore i guess....

My driver front rocker panel snapped off, but I reinstalled it by pulling out the old clips and using a few I had in my toolbox.

I'm not sure off roading is for me... I like to keep a clean truck and try not to scratch it up... the mud bog was pretty deep... you couldn't see the driver side tires cause they were submerged!

Here's my before and after pics! :p

I'm trying to decide whether I should just stick with 4x4ing of keep it on the street. There's a lot less damaging factors on the street....

You would do better with steel rims and aggressive mud tires. It looks like you had fun though, and that is the point, right? I'll be happy to take those scratched wheels off your hands. :D

where did you find that puddle at? I've been looking for some good mud to stick my trac in....

Well 20 dollars later at the 24 hour car wash... I've almost got her looking somewhat normal! hahaha....

I was in a construction site, it was all clay and muddy water...

You did a pretty good number on your ST there Tommy! As fun as it was, I can't say I enjoy the cleanup process afterwards!

Funny how getting some new rubber, rims and doing the TT/Shackle lift makes you think you can go "anywhere". lol. I've definitely learned my lesson...... for now ;)

Adam, be sure to check the bottom. I spent $10 bucks just getting the mud out of the under carriage after my little escepade (sp?). Looks like you had a fun time doing it.

Under the hood is the worst. I had mud all over the engine last time, and the hood liner is still stained with the Oklahoma red clay mud. Of course, mud continued to seep out of the fenders every time it rained for six months.

I stick more to hills and trails, hitting the deep mud can be fun but too much of a PITA to clean up. Been there, done that at this point. I briefly overheated once from getting mud in the radiator.

Same here. I like going off road, but I try to keep my rig out of the mud as much as possible. Then again, here in Kollyfornya, not a lot of mud in summertime anyways!

I like the muddy ST's!! I really miss mine sometimes. . The ST sure is a beautiful vehicle when dressed up. I was afraid to get mine dirty. Thats why I'm driving a LJ (Wrangler Unlimited) now. The dirtier the better!:D
