2006 Eddie Bauer edition Explorer in Dark CHerry.......good lord I just fell in love with that truck.....with the V8....maybe.

or even the limited with the matching color bumpers

I was not happy with the look of the redesigned ST, something about it doesnt agree with me but this explorer is sharp looking.

Considering 1/2 of the 2007 ST looks like the 2006 Explorer can you at least say that it 1/2 agrees with you? :D

i dont like the tailgate, it looks too big, like the F150, I also do not like how the rear side bumpers stick out, i like an open end on the top of the bumper like we have now. I also do not like the idea that the first run will not have the sliding window. I will be in the market for a new truck when the first ones come out. I also am not a fan of the storage compartment in the bed.

I have my reasons. I would also like more room IN the vehicle. i love my ST now but my needs have changed.

I also think the front end looks great while many members do not like the big brave chrome front end. We all have different likes and dislikes......

I may have found mine too. I'm thinking about the Toyota FJ Cruiser, and a small trailer to haul the big items that won't fit in back (I have room to store the trailer in my backyard).

I rarely use my ST bed for anything more than a trunk. The daughter really wants my ST, and by the time she is driving (about two years from now) the ST will have 100K on it, and I'll be looking for something new. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to afford that Lotus Elise I've been dreaming about, so this Toyota will have to keep me happy. :D

You're a good man Nelson...don't do it! J/K, I'm sure the production version won't look nearly as crazy. When's it out anyway?

Should be out in January. I'd have to sit in one first. I still like the F-150 stepsides too. I am torn between Ford and Toyota. I have had very good experience with both.
