Washington spending money is more like when I was in the Army.
We got paid once a month.
At three weeks we were out of money.
The fourth week we sold blood for $15.00.
The more blood we sold the dizzier we got.

That was pretty much how my early Army career was. I would spend all of my $83 salary in two weeks, pawn my guitar to keep me going for the rest of the month. When I got paid I would get paid, I paid to get my guitar out of the pawn shop for two weeks ...rinse and repeat!
