Forged internals don't make 400HP...



The pistons MAY be forged, but those are stock rods. They appear to be used, and are still the factory "I" beam type. I'm not sure of the compression ring distance on stock pistons, but on those pistons, it's quite large, dropping the compression ratio just a bit.



In all those pictures, there is no dyno sheet.

Yes, Tiger, I know forged internals don't make more power. I was saying that if he is using forged internals, then he'd be able to run more boost, and that, along with the NX (if he could get the motor to stay together) then I'd believe 400hp. baron_iv's blower made 278 (I think) on the stock pulley and basic tune, so a smaller pulley on the blower, throw in a crank pulley, and add a 100 shot, and I would believe 400hp.



I'm not saying he did it, or he's proved it, but I'm saying I believe it's possible.
