a real team beat the "full of themselves" heat.

how about another pretty boy promo video heat boys

king choke james again.

congrats: DIRK.... the best player on the court

J KIDD.. you deserve it for your hard work and championship play

AWESOME ... the entire team from the bench to the starters.

btw: a great series overall

:banana::banana::banana:

apple/at&t announced they have partnered with lebron james on a new Iphone. The special feature: viabrate mode only - it has no ring. (cheesy is my specialty)

I heard Dallas is so excited about winning their first NBA title that they're having LeBron James Day tomorrow. Everybody gets off of work 12 minutes early tomorrow.

It was a great series, especially after Wade and James were caught mocking Dirk's sickness....they got what they deserve.....The MAVS just out played them and outclassed them...Jason Terry played great, Dirk played great....

Tom T,

That's funny!! :bwahaha::bwahaha:

I agree that it was a great Championship series and well worth watching. Both teams played great and after the 4th game it could have gone either way. The fifth game was decisive when the Mav's just caught on fire shooting 3-pointers. The last game was very close for the first 3-quarters...Then the Mav's caught on fire again sinking 3-pointers and I think that really demoralized Miami when they could not close the gap.

Overall I think it was the best 6 games of NBA basketball I have watched in a very long time. I think there are way to many primadonna players like Lebron James out there in all professional sports. It's about time that the underdogs showed them that basketball is a "Team" sport..

where are the heat fans ?????????

miami heat

tom,

the real nj nets fans knew before the season started that they were not playoff bound. it has been a painful rebuilding process that is still years away.

you were the big LABABY supporter and if i remeber he lived minutes away from you.

I HOPE HE SHOWS UP SOON :bwahaha:

more like LA-NOTHING

Gary,

You just do not understand the Cleveland Curse.

Personally, I like LeBron. He grew up down the road from me. He went to high school right over the hill from me. His home is right across town and it is not in some "secret location".

He is a major supporter of his, and my, hometown by giving under privledged children bicycles by the truckloads. He does more charity than most of you guys can even imagine.

So, make fun all you want. I know who LeBron is. I know what LeBron does.

Tom,

When LeBron James went to the Miami Heat, he guaranteed that between himself, Wade, an Bosh, they were going to win the NBA championship this year? They made a good attempt, but came up short. I think Wade and Bosh played up to their expectations, but LeBron James did not do his part with the exception of a few flashes of his notable skills. I think he was trying too hard at taking bad shots hoping to draw the foul.

I think the LA Lakers had the same problems about 15-20 years ago when they had their dream-team, but they coud not win the NBA championship because they could not play together as a team..They all wanted to be the star.

I think LeBron, and all the Miami heat played very well together and they certainly will be a dominate force for many years...But building a dream team of superstars does not always guarantee a championship and certainly does not guarantee they will play as a team.

I think LeBron James's play on the court was not up to his ability, it was his mouth that made him look bad.

If your going to put a tattoo on yourself that says CHOSEN 1 then you sure the hell better play like it.

When LeBron left Cleveland last year, Dan Gilbert the owner of the Cavs, said the Cavs would get a championship before LeBron will. IIRC, the Cavs were the worst team of the NBA, or near the bottom.

All talk. LeBron is from NE Ohio. He knows the curse, he just does not want to admit it is real. Neither does Dan Gilbert.

Tom

Tom,

Neither the Cav's or Lebron have won a chanpionship yet...so we will just have to wait and see who get's the championship first.

I think Lebron is a fantastic player and one of the best to ever play the game. It is certainly not a lack of skill. I just think his mouth overruns what he personally can deliver. Even with 3 world class players on the Miami Heat team is no guarantee they will win the championship, and the Mav's just proved it.

If the owner of the Cav's said that they would win a championship before LeBron does, then he wil have to wait till next year to prove it. I certainly don't object to LeBron James wanting to move to a team that would give him a better chance of playing on a championship team. I just think the way he did it was wrong. That does not excuse the bad blood and derrogitory statements from the Cav's.

Only time will tell?

I couldn't tell you, but I do know it will be long before Gary S. stops spewing ignorant talk out of his mouth.
