I was up to visit dad this weekend in PA and when I talked to him, he said that while he was laying on the ground the day of the accident, the dump truck was dripping a kerosene/oil mix into his eyes. They use that for fuel. He can't see much at all, only shadows right now, so now that's a big concern of ours. He should have his hip worked on soon. But, we didn't know that he had the kero/oil running into his eyes and no one treated him for that. His pupils look like he has cataracts (fuzzy and gray). We're waiting to see what an opthamologist has to say. Hopefully, if he did have them burned, that they can consider lense or cornea replacement. If he loses his sight, he's not going to be happy! I'm quite worried for him.
