Yep, what do you wanna do with it?

4-wheeling/offroading = lift

speed demon, primarily on-road usage = lower

Both look cool if done correctly. I've seen lowered tracs that I love and I've seen lifted tracs that I love. If you do them correctly, you'll probably spend about the same amount whether you lower or lift, so it really does come down to what you want to do with the truck.

I'm in a position to do what I like since I got such a "bargain price" on my ST. I think its perfect just the way the good Lord made it. Why do either? I love the turck. Had our first major snow storm of the year and the turck was amazing. It did everything I wanted it to do and did it with class.

Baron is right, but...

that also depends on how low or how high you want to go. You can easily lower it 3 inches or raise it 2" for around the same relatively cheap price. Anything more in either direction you start really spending.

Some combinations and sizes of rims and tires don't look very good at stock height. I'd lower mine an inch or so for aesthetic purposes, but I think it too impractical...at the moment.

isnt there a bumper sticker that has that??hmmm

after careful sleep and thinking..... NOT I think im going to lower 3 in in back 2.5 in front with 18 in rims.... whatcha think:D
