Looks like a Oil\TransDipStick bracket bolted to side of V6~4.0L~SOHC?
If you have a Tap+Die kit, try several Taps 'til you find a fit then a run to the hardware\parts store.
Of if you're like me, dig thru containers of hardware scavenged over 30+ years 'til you find a fit !!!

That's a strangely overbuilt ignition coil bracket. Mine was missing the rearward bolt from the factory. If you look the coil is also bolted from the top. Won't move missing the lower two bolts.
