Also just spoke to the machine shop, They use blue lock tight on the screws.

So let's see here. I have right now, an Xcal2, conical performance filter, total custom header-back exhaust. It feels like it could get some more air into it. With the only place for any backpressure being the Flowmaster 40 Delta series 2.5" in and dual 2" outlets muffler, I tried to be conservative on the piping (2" header downpipes into single 2.5" into muffler and 2" dual axle back pipes.) but it sure does flow nice and sound sweet. So I would really benefit from the TB right?

I think that means the screws won't back out and get sucked down your intake. That's a good thing!

You would benefit from this, Then get a larger maf when they become available, and then install a UDP. You will have the best package out there.....
