my computer start up

Aloha guys,



I know that I bother you a lot with my old computer but please bare with me. When I boot the computer, there is a screen that says "press tab to switch to post or del to run bios setup. After a short time, it goes away and is replaced with " press f1 to continue del to enter set up. This second screen requires me to press f1 or else it will wait. Is there a way to bypass both of these screens or at least the second one so that the computer will boot completely?

press tab or del not really (you might be able to disable this screen in bios but it's still going to say press del to run bios..)



press f1 to continue is there a message that appears above it?

Hit the delete button and enter the bios. Somewhere in there like startup settings or something similar there will be an option to auto post or auto boot or auto load. Check mark and save and exit. Apparently right now you have it selected to offer you the option prior to boot. Uncheck this and save and exit.

i would also check the battery on the motherboard.
