When I drove mine off the lot the same day it arrived at the dealer, I heard sliding noises under the seat. A few days later a roll of what looked like electrical tape but rougher came out when I opened the door. More sliding noises, a few more days and another roll of tape came out. I'm thinking they just forgot...I hope.
