Need Help with Transmission Mount Please!

I've aways had a vibration in my '01 2wd Sport Trac. Well I noticed the trans mount was broke, so I went to replace it and discovered that someone along the line apparently put a 4wd trans mount in my 2wd Trac. The 2wd mount is offset about an inch, and the 4wd mount is not. That may explain the vibration that I've always had.



Now as I go to install the correct mount the question is: which way is the offset supposed to go? Do the studs get offset toward the front? or toward the rear?



Anybody know? Any pictures, diagrams, or just verbal instruction would be extreamly appreciated.
