90lbs sounds good???
Or, as hard as you can tighten them down with a regular wrench.

I think 80-85 was the spec... I went 125 with no problem

If you go to etrailer.com you can view the torque specs for Draw-tite and Hidden hitches by opening the instructions.
I forget wha they are. I have front and rear hitches but I do remember that it is easy to view the installation sheet. If you have the free Adobe Reader.
