Couldn’t really dig the last set of wheels. I wanted them to give a certain look, but they just didn’t give me that spider-tingle.
So out with the old, in with the new!
She’s really dirty, so look past that lol(rainy season is here and I haven’t got a chance to detail her🙄😞), but works for now. 🤘🏼

Those new wheels are badass! Beautiful. 🤙

Owners with gloss black cars always say they're dirty. LOL
Must say I've had one black vehicle in my life and cleaned it EVERY day.

TEN coats of factory black on my long gone 1979 Ranchero. Nice, but I'll never own a HOT black vehicle again.

Yup! Wash, dry, and 5 min later… dirty. Lol

Nice Ranchero! A buddy and I built his 72 Gran Torino a few years back.

Funny you mention the '72 Gran Torino. My mom had a green '72 Sport with landau top and was almost the exact same car used in Clint Eastwood's 2008 film. Problem is it had the lethargic 400 2V engine choked with emissions. I was in high school when a 1970 Hemi Cuda loaded with four teenage kids called me out driving alone and blew me off the road in the first 500 feet. Embarrassing is an under statement. Wish I had a Boss 429, but probably would have still lost.

Oh yeah, they are turds when they are choked up.
He had an engine built, 36something. Stroked 351, with some nice heads, intake, and long tubes, think it made 630 on an engine dyno. We put a Holley sniper injection system on it about a year ago, been fun tuning it.

He tried to get Clint to sign a spare dash panel, but that didn’t happen unfortunately. So he found a replica sticker. I don’t think Clint would mind lol.

I agree with swshaw, those wheels are sick and looks good on your truck.

I'll trade you your rims for sheet cake pan of great muffins . Then you wont have to worry about keeping them clean!

I like the wheels on the Sport Trac !! What brand are they ??

American Racing
AR924
20x9
25lbs

Load rating on them is a bit light for the truck, but I never have it close to its GVWR, nor do I push it all that hard in the twisties.
