Their getting the toys for free and they still bitch.. gotta love it!

True. I wonder if they would be so reluctant to getting some allah or buddah dolls for free.

Well we could always send the Jesus dolls to the poor kids in Iraq.

If I keep reading all these controversial topics I'll never get any reports done, so I didn't read this all. I kind of agree with the Toys of Tots on this one. It would certainly not be well received by some families. Although you make good points that a non Christian family should not really be doing the "Christmas" thing. I do not know a lot about other religions but I suspect many still give gifts, the Holiday is really not much about religion anymore. They do not have any way of knowing who each toy is going to and it would probably be a task to find out. My suggestion would be that the company donate the dolls to locale churches to pass out in Sunday school.

I can't help but be reminded of the scene in Full Metal Jacket where Gny Sgt Hartman leads the platoon in singing "Happy Birthday Dear Jesus."

"Today... is Christmas! There will be a magic show at zero-nine-thirty! Chaplain Charlie will tell you about how the free world will conquer Communism with the aid of God and a few marines!"
