Looking at the link above, the instructions says "if removing the PCV from the valve cover, then a new valve has to be installed." There is no way of "unlocking" both of those lock tabs on an installed valve because one of those lock tabs is on the far side of the valve, totally obscured by hoses, etc. As I mentioned above, I can see one of my tabs, and I'm sure I can get a small screwdriver on it and open the catch, but not for the other side. There is no way to do an unlock. The only options are to either twist it off to remove it, or to leave it alone.
