Hi I had a Diablo chip installed on my truck about 2 years ago and had to take my truck in for service and of course NOW the chip no longer works. Does anyone know who re-flashes them or how I can get a new one that will work in my truck? I miss my chip...the truck is a lead sled without it. Thanks

You're better off removing it and buying a tuner like the Xcal3 from one of our site sponsors, either Bamachips or Torrie at Fastpartsnetwork.com.

I second what TrainTrac said. We got an SCT XCalibrator II in late '05 with an economy tune & a towing tune for the same price you'll pay for a chip with only one program. The tuner saves the OEM program/tune out the the unit so that when you want to take your vehicle in to the dealer to service you simply re-flash it back to the OEM tune.

Ditto on the xcal. You will get a wider range of performance control with more than one program.
