Pick-up bed LiftGate ????

My friend needs a liftgate for a pick-up bed.

He saw one that you keep the tailgate on and it works with the tailgate open. He saw it in a catalog for around $250.



I did a search but could only find the commercial looking ones that you have to remove the tailgate.

anyone have any idea what he is looking for?

Try Harbor Freight, they have one for about $200.00 that goes into your hitch receiver.

Johnny,

I have the Harbor Freight lift on my trac and it works great.

I put a larger platform on it so that I could load larger items.

If he needs to load anything less than 500 lbs it great.

I'll take a pic tonight and try to load it.
