yeah so i have a quick question... um, how do you take of JB Weld?

With a grinder, (hand or dremil depending on quantity), or if it is not sealed real well to what it is stuck onto you can sometimes get under it with a chisel and hammer.

What Coastie Joe said...JB-weld is some tough stuff....I have used it to repair stuff that I thought was beyond help...
