rear window

my rear window wont close all the way it will go down and up to the vent position but when i try to put it up nothing happens... any ideas on how to get it closed or close it temporarily?

I have the same problem with mine. Sometimes it just doesn't want to go up all of the way. Not enough power or something, or maybe a safety sensor?? who knows. I usually have my kid turn the knob and I sit in the back seat and push up as it goes up and that seem to do the trick. Sometimes it take two or three tries and it helps to apply a little more upward pressure when the window is about half way up. Hope this helps.
