Are Monroe Sensa Trac or Reflex shocks any good?

Yes, much better than OEM. Reflex are stiffer than Sensa Trac.

Bought my Trac in January. Replaced the shocks with Reflex after 2000 miles. Took the Trac on a 3000 vacation and the ride wa great. Best decision I've made so far (after buying the Trac)

Had the Reflexes on my 05 Adrenalin 4x4 for a couple weeks now and LOVE them. Unbelievable difference................no more wallowing around, rear wheel hop or nose-diving during braking. I have my anti-sway bar ordered from Explorer express to complete the job.
