Sport Trac subwoofer options

Has anyone installed a bass tube in the sport trac such as the bazooka.. I want to install a single 6.5" bazooka and want to know if it will fit under the rear passenger seat with the seat folded down.. I think the 8" has trouble folding down (according to a reader on another forum)..

I dont think you can fold your seat down with much of anything underneath it.

My seats barely folded down all the way with just amps under there. I would be large amounts of money that you can not fold it down with a bass tube of any size under there.

yeah i highly doubt you'll get away with anything under the seats and still be able to fold. best best bet.. mmmhmmm... mount the amps to the ceiling and make a good mold mount in fiberglass to incase the amps into. and as for subs... mmmhmmm, if u dont use the bed to much, it would be ok to take a little of the room away and do a pass through...



with this, one can still fold seats down, and nothing behind the seat... just where is the bass coming from.

I have a 6.5" Powered basooka under my 60% seat since October 2000. The seat will not fold down with the sub under it.
