I need some serious help with my 2010 V8 AWD Adrenalin. 11K miles

I'm having issues with a vibration throughout the truck and especially the steering wheel mainly at speeds greater then 70mph. Ford has replaced all 4 Pirelli Scorpion tires under warranty (tires cupped) and also resurfaced the front brake rotors.

This has helped 80% of the problem but it still remains.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Try moving rear tires forward. If it stops, you have tread runout on the new tires.

Even at 11k, it maybe a bad inner or outer tie rod end. Shouldnt be, but I have seen it happen. It may be so minute that it takes a keen eye to see the movement.

Maybe a bad steering joint at the rack connection.

These are just ideas to double check. Even if the dealer passed them.

Here's an update. The dealer did rotate the front and rear tires. The problem persisted. I had the dealer check everything everyone recommended: CV joints, tie rods, and the steering joint. They said everything was fine.

After reading a million posts I took it upon myself to the tune of 1K to put Prada spec x tires on. It really helped but you can definitely still feel a vibration in the truck and steering wheel.

At this point I wonder if whatever is wrong with the truck is causing the cupping of the tires after just a few thousand miles....any other ideas anyone?

I'm thinking of trying another Ford dealership at this point. Help!

:banghead:

Be persistent and keep after Ford to fix the problem-whether at the same dealership or another one. The vehicle is still under warranty, so they should fix it-at no cost to you.:soap:
