now that appeals to me... just want a little truck for light hauling... a 2 seater is fine. Wow, you can even get one with a 260kw V8!

It has a 5.4 litre V8 and 6-speed auto with sport shift. 260kW of power...whatever that converts to.

Nah, the Falcon isn't considred the "Mustang" in Oz. Until Ford released the new 'Stang, the Stang was sold in Oz as well. The Falcon is either a four-door sedan, or the Ute variant shown above.



The Falcon nameplate has been sold continously in Oz since its introduction over 40 years ago. The Fairlane and LTD nameplates are also sold down there, although I think these names were reintroduced sometime after the nameplate was dropped.



Kinda strange, the Falcon Ute comes up around here once every few months.
