Updated ST 06 or 07

Maybe some of you "in the know" guys can straighten me out on this. I was looking at an 05 ST at the family plan for $23,000+some change. It was 4WD and I believe it was the non-premium XLTit listed at $29000.+some change had a bed cover pretty nice wheels-no leather or moonroof. I told the guy I was maybe gonna wait til the new body style came out in '

07. He never said there wouldn't be an 06-but he said the new body style would be out with the new cars and he laughed when I told him they weren't making an '06 model. So I had seen on here where someone else said they were told their WOULD be an 06. I'd like to know so I don't get that "good deal" and then turn around and the new bodystyle hit the showrooms. I have heard that Ford and Chevy were dropping their prices in 06 where they won't maybe get back in the shape they are in now. So at the new price if they are out in 06 maybe I could get a deal similar to the one I've been looking at now. What'Cha think???:wub:

If you're willing to pay more for the new body style, then wait.



There have been various rumours, some from people at Ford, that claim an '06 model, however, there has been nothing to prove an '06 model. The new bodystyle, by all accounts, will be out early next year as an '07. I highly doubt you'll get as good a deal on the new body style as you can get with the family plan on the '05's.
