Many of the newer ('07 +) tracs leak from the 3rd brake light. If your truck is parked on a hill, maybe it's getting to your light that way? If it is your 3rd brake light, it's one of two things: the screws are supposed to have o-rings & and the factory seal is horrible at best, so replace...

I've had this problem. I put silicone in the screw holes while screwing the screws in and then a little shot of silicone on top of the screw heads once I was done. Haven't had any rain to check it yet. I did find that after a good rain I would open up the passenger side rear door and water...
