Rather deep for ticking, sounds as though something under the truck is bumping may be exhaust pipe. or in the engine bay. Could be engine mounts, If so it should go away if you get off idle. Look closely and you should be able to find it.

I am not sure DKF but if it is condensation, maybe it is sealed in and needs to be let out. Maybe the seal went bad because of the air inside expanding! I have drilled holes in the rear lights before and it worked. If someone knows better than me, please say something. I don't want to give bad...

Well....... after I bought the injector cleaner, the thing has not surged at all!!! Darn Ford. I will still put it in the tank and go for a ride. Maybe even clean the mass flow sensor again. I don't know where the IAC is. more later Ed

Aloha folks, sometimes when I put on the left turn signal, the indicator blinks quickly as though a bulb was out. But only sometimes. I don't think that a bulb can come back to life! What would do this? Maybe inside the steering column? thanks God bless Ed

Aloha gtriner Living on an island I find that everything electric goes bad. So when a gizmotron doesn't function I spray the contacts with electrical contact cleaner. This may save you some trouble. fingers crossed God bless Ed

'bought a new one from NAPA yesterday, and installed it this am. 'don't know why maybe God loves me but I put it where I thought it should be and it worked great. I must have tried 20 times with a different one and no good. I say don't waste your time, $13.00 is well worth it. Thanks, folks Ed
