Quick overview of my build. I wrote off my jeep of 12 years in a trail mishap and I wanted something the same width as a jeep but with 4 doors, a small bed and a frame. After looking at Tacomas, frontiers and sport tracs, I settled on a 05 adrenaline. Got it for a $1000 bucks with only 80k miles on it. 1 owner. I did an solid front axle swap using F350 axles. Dana 60 and ford 10.25. 5.38 gears and elocker. SAS was done using a trailgear toytoa steering box on the outside of the frame and Early brono coils with a 3 link long arm suspension. 40" toyos on raceline beacklocks finished it off. There were literally the only 40" tire available during covid but I have grown to like them.

Welcome to the Herd!
Looks like one mean machine!

Congratulations on the steroidal departure from stock! Obviously a great deal of talent and resources invested. There is no metric for FPG, fun per gallon.

Thanks everyone it works great. I have just added rocker protection and my made my old jeep rear bumper fit. The only real issue I have now is the lack of horsepower and the stock power steering pump doesn't put out enough volume for quick steering response with my PSC ram. I have a PSC cbr pump but there is no way to make it fit on a 4.0 SOHC. To solve both problems I picked up a low mile 07 GMC sierra with rusted rockers and cab corners for cheap. I will do an LS swap next winter. I have just about everything figured out except for the A/C. I think I can just make a custom line to adapt the GM compressor to the factory A/C system and I just need to figure out a way to get a signal to the GM harness that the A/C is on. Anyone on this forum do an LS swap? Lots of rangers have been done which is where I copied most of my plan from.

Nice build..looks like sooo much fun..

another weekend in the books
