I'm sorry to see it go, but we were growing out of out ST. We are looking at getting a travel trailer (a REAL one, not a tent trailer), and we are going to be hauling horses and hay so the ST was going to be way over worked.

So now I have an '05 F-150 5.4V8 with beefed up GVWR. What an awsome truck!! Very sure-footed and no 'land yacht' suspension (I guess this is what it would feel like if I had upgraded the suspension in my ST).

Well its been fun! I learned a lot about my truck from everyone here, and I hope the same will be true of the F-150 boards.

Thanks for the memories.:D

Olaf: You've been a great member to this site, and I hope you check in with us to let us know how things are going.

Best of luck with the new F-150!

Ha, I guess that both Olafs' on this site are now F150 drivers. Olaf, did you get a supercrew?

Darin: Yup I will always check back...Nothing beats this site for laughs!! I just read Caymens bird flipping thread:lol: The political threads are fun too although I'm from Canada.

Olaf W.: Yup...all black. Looking at getting some nice chrome accessories (door handles, grille, etc.)

Rodger (& Georgia): It will be a year or so before we can ride them...one is very young and the other one is pregnant.

BTW: I got 14mpg on the first refill. It was only half a tank, and I was going 120+ km/h for about an hour and half to get to the hay place to get the first 30 BALES of hay. It was stacked two bales high above the cab, and still handlec nice.
