Does anyone know what cruise control buttons work on a 2001 Trac?

I'm finding tons of Explorer stiches online for great prices, but none that say specifically for Sport Tracs. The buttons do however look identical, I'm just worried about the connections. Anyone know what years are interchangeable?

Thanks!

I am having a problem replacing mine. New switxhes are from similar year explorers, matching pins. But the new ones wont light up. Not sure if its a switch issue or maybe a fuse or something. My other post, someone said similar switches from explorers and rangers should work but icant attest to that yet.

Rodney,

From what I gather from searching here and some of the other Explorer forums is that the majority of the switches on eBay and being sold by used parts places are duds or half way work. Rather than go through the hassle, I'm just ordering brand new swtiches from RockAuto (they are genuine Motorcraft parts) http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=387037. At $80, that's not bad to have everything replaced with brand new parts IMO. I'll repost when I have them in hand and install them.

Yeah. The ones I got yesterday DO work but the lights for them don't. But as long as they work im ok. Funny thing is the first set I got might work too... I just assumed the were bad because no lights, im not sure why these new switches don't have working llights? If anyone wants that pair I will sell them cheap.

These switches might be the same for many ford cars. Some of the earlier 2000 fords, didnot light up. The 2001 escape was one.
