Disabling Autolock

I am a proud owner of a 2002 Sport Trac, which I recently purchased. I love most everything about it...except that annoying Autolock "feature". I have read and followed the Owner's Manual instructions, but with no success.



Any suggestions?

go to the 2001 sport trac.

page 91 is the auto lock feature for mine..



Might work on a 2002. let me know..

Thanks. I did a search of this forum (this is my first time here) and found a suggestion that worked. Basically, the Owner's Manual has the 3/4 and 7/8 instructions reversed.



The autolock is now disabled...
