Congrats, and seriously, listen to FlipTrac...if the taxes aren't taken out before you get the money then make sure you submit a quarterly estimated tax to the IRS and any other pertinent authorities. $30K isn't a blip, and you will probably get hit with year-end fines if you think you are going to pay the IRS Apr 15, 2007.
