ok so i FINALLY got my new tires (which look even sicker than i expected) and an alignment. and i am FINALLY getting my new WAAG center grill guard installed on my trac in the next week after a 4 MONTH backorder... ugh! i'm also installing a pair of black magic offroad lights on the bar. anywhooooo... what i am getting at is this current work has truely inspired me to give my 10 year old girl a facelift. i'm looking at doing TT/shackles with the warrior #153's and then some rough country 1.5" wheel spacers (which if i am correct has the 5x4.5" bolt pattern) on all 4 corners for a wider stance, which will probably require another alignment. all in all the rubber and alignment cost me $1100 and i'm hoping the shackles and spacers should cost me about another $200 if i do it myself.

before i get started any advice from folks who have done it???? and maybe a few teaser pictures from anyone who has just a tt/shackles and spacers to keep me motivated??

pictures to follow!

All very easy projects. If you can use a ratchet and torque wrench, you can do all three of these modifications in about an hour.

Torsion twist: If you're 2wd, you can go up to 3", although probably not necessary. I would only go up as high as is necessary to prevent any rubbing. Spacers will help with that so, probably do TT last. If you're 4wd, DO NOT exceed 2". Get an alignment.

Shackles: Remove stock shackle with ratchet or wrench, replace with extended shackle and bolts.

Spacers: Remove wheel. Thread lock the nuts for the spacer (not the wheels). Torque to 100 Ft/Lbs. Replace wheel. Torque to 100 Ft/Lbs.

Search for spacers and you will find a few pictures of the exact setup you're doing.

You didn't mention what size tires you installed.
