I have alot of respect for most members here. What you do with your ST is your business. If I don't like it, I'll just keep my mouth shut, or I'll find a respectful way to say it. The last post that got out of hand was actually the first time I've ever went off on this site. That's never happened, and there have been plenty of things said about both me and my ST. And I'm honestly amazed you haven't been banned yet from all your pot stirring. Now I'm done, rant over...

First of all, the very title of the other thread was self-explanatory. Larry was simply asking for points of view on how low one end of the truck was compared to the other and whether or not it looked level. He didn't solicit opinions on his mods or his ST at all. Yet, as evidenced by your first few responses shown below, you opted to not answer his original question, but to offer your opinions in a judgemental, unconstructive, negative, inflammatory manner.

I don't know what ur trying to accomplish. Please tell me you DID NOT put lights in the bottom of your truck. That's like dressing up your male pitbull in a frilly dress. Subjectively speaking, leave it alone already and just drive. Some people will laugh at your truck now. Do more, you get more laughs.

You managed to hijack the other thread and turn it into a debate on how and whether or not to modify a Sport Trac. When others attempted to respond to your comments in a civilized fashion, you continued with the inflammatory responses. Then, when you could offer no more to the discussion on mods (even non-constructive responses), you must've felt backed into a corner. At least that's the only reason I can assume you resorted to personally insulting Larry and his service in the Air Force.

And then you resorted to insulting everyone who called you on this by calling them "*******" and "cowards".



I have served as a Sailor in the United States Navy (of which the Marine Corps is a part of) for the last 19 years. During many of those years I had the privilege of serving alongside Marines in the "Gator" Navy. Never have I known a Marine to conduct themselves in the manner that you have here recently. They have the utmost respect for their brothers and sisters in uniform, no matter which branch of service. You claim to be a Marine, but you are in no way conducting yourself in keeping with the Navy and Marine Corps core values of Honor, Courage, and Committment.

Try and do the same. Grow up.

Probably 95% of the population is okay with their vehicles the way they come. Their vehicle is a soulless appliance. Generic tires and oil are okay if and when they think to do something. Wash it once a year whether it needs it or not. "Check the air? How do you do that and why?"



Then there's the other 5% like us. By definition, if someone didn't care more than most people, they wouldn't be here in the first place. Other than keeping my vehicles detailed, I've never done much in the way of mods that weren't functional in some way. Okay, okay, so I got hood stripes to support a site sponsor.

I've said it before...I'll say it again first of all, be nice! Second, we are all here for love of the Sport Trac. ALL opinions are welcome and valid. We all have different tastes, style, needs, and budgets. But that's why Sport Tracs are so great. Slammed to the pavement with huge chrome wheels, Raised to the sky with big mudder tires, or an all stock grocery gettin' family hauller...no matter...GREAT looking truck!

Actually that's what I have planned. Weber grill, coals on the sides, drip pan in the middle. Turkey goes breast side down, keep the white meat moist. That and homemade ravioli, we're Italian.
