recovering digital pictures

my wife accidently deleted all the pictures off the digital camera. is there anyway to recover them? ive tried one of those photo recovery software, it showed pulling off the pictures but when i open it up its just the "red X".



any ideals?

try a program called Ontrack Easy Recovery Professional



i don't know about pictures, but I have recovered many many failed or corrupted hard drives using that.

Assuming the camera uses flash memory (memory stick, SD, CF, etc.), it is likely that they are gone forever.

If nothing has written back over the erased files they can still be retreived. I have personally done it for a customer with Ontrack as mention above.



If you don't have it and they are important I would do what I could for you if you want to send the card to me. But thats about all I can offer you..

got em back. used a program called cardrecovery. cost me $40 but the wife is happy now.
