i got it from ford in the mail it was on a post card tha said my truck was built in a factory not heaven and call for ext warrenty i called and tols them how much i drive the trac and they said for 2200 or 250 down and 99 a month i would be covered for 100 witch would be 250k and only have to pay 100 dect. no matter what it was i wil look up the number if ya want it
