ST hit last night

It was bound to happen. Last night my new ST got hit by another car. I came out this morning to find a nice white mark about 2 inches high by about 10 inches long across the lower rear fender. It should hopefully buff out but it's just really frustrating. I haven't even made my 2nd payment yet. And yes I checked all my neighbor's white cars for black scuff marks on their bumpers.

Wow. I would be livid. I really really hope the person that did that gets ahold of you. I would make them pay plus some.



Not two months after I had my truck I had 3 door dings from idiots not paying attention. I even had an over sized lady hit my truck while I was sitting in it!! But a long scratch like what you have... I dont know what I would do.



Sorry it happened. Good luck finding the person that did it.

Yeah, I check all around my new ST every time my wife brings it back home, lol. So far no problems, and I haven't even made a payment yet.

NYJohn, gee, what a bummer! Mine wasn't hit, but the tonneau cover lock "fob" that covers the lock was snatched off just recently. I don't know how it happened, but I suspect that some idiot did it, or maybe some curious child got curious. In reality, I live in an apartment complex where a lot of people come and go, and a few get pissed off because I don't always park on my side of the parking lot so maybe someone wants to be pissy and vandalize my ST that way. I know that it was intact the night before I discovered it was missing. :angry:

I was rear ended with only 50 miles on my ST!!!...

I saw it as "well got that out of the way"....

ouch, that sucks man. well you could always go through insurance... sucks to do it but if it doesnt buff out and you can't find the guy responsible than i dont know if you have a choice.

Well, now that my neighbor decided to wake everyone up because he wanted to prune his tree with a chain saw, now I have the whole day to buff the ST. It might be time to move:angry:

My first ST was hit when I was driving it home from the new car lot. The lady crushed her hood with my rear bumper, but fortunately she did no damage to the unpainted bumpers I had on that Trac.

I never park on the street by my house. I always keep it in the driveway. My neighbor runs a day car center out of 2 houses, one right next to me and the other 1 house away on the other side. The a$sh@!es that bring their kids there have hit just about all my neighbors cars.
