Turn signal problem

I have a turn signal that does not work. trid the bulb, but no go. Got out the test light. No power at turn signal positive wire. Both black and brown wire have ground.



Red wire has flashing ground with turn signal on. Any ideas.

There is a common wiring issue in the steering column...



TILT your wheel UP toward the windshield as far as you can and re try the signal... It probably will work..

Thanks guys. I tried moving the steering column through it's range of travel yesterday, but no luck. More digging is in order.

Matt, the wire may be stretched and not moving back. You may have to remove the plastic and get some slack in the wire harness. 95 times out of 100, this is the cause of your issue.
