Not sure where the horn is, but I remember a thread about the horn location not long ago. Try 'Search". Good luck.

You will have to remove the wheel well liner on th drivers side and it is up and to the left as you face the wheel. You must remove one bolt from in front of the battery (the one closest to the front) and it will drop out after disconnecting the wires.

Kevin,

Not to offend here, the reason I believe others kind of played with your post is too obvious. You started with an offensive subject title, knowing that this is somewhat a family site. Then your message text are all capitalized, which around here is construed as YOU ARE YELLING AT EVERYONE. If you started your post normally as others, I am sure the very same guys that reply would have immediately gave you the answer you need. One more thing, your profile does not give what model ST you have so we are really at a lost since locations of the horns differ from some model years. My 2 cents.:)

Regal One,

Not to offend you but the cap lock was on and I am very lazy when it comes to typing the only reason I am posting this is because your post has bothered me enough to reply first of all this title of mine I would like to think is direct and explains how I'm feeling when I totally underestimate the amount of time it would take to complete this project I have replaced horns before so I figure 1/2 hour to 1 hour tops so here I am 3 hours till I have to be at work with a few trim pieces disassembled 1 hour goes by I think to myself where in the HELL is the horn so I get the idea to come on here 1st I searched through past subjects then I decided hey ill just post something myself because everything that has to do with the horns is mainly about cruise control problems and I knew for a fact mine was not

Now this is the part where I do mean to offend you, I don’t remember posting something that said hey analyze my writing and tell me your inner most thoughts on how I could have written this title better I asked WHERES IS THE F'ing HORN so you input was not necessary

once again i would like to thank Lenton Brooks your information really helped

oh geez. you said it: "lazy" This may be why you can't find the horn (*kidding*) :p

kevin, I wouldn't be so offended by any of the comments, we're all playing. Not to mention that the topic and subject kind of lead people to think you were talking about the location of the horn inside your vehicle, which is an obvious answer (that is if you have ever been inside a car).

BTW, I understand your aggrivation with the project, been there, done that :)

Take care, kevin.

"04-"05s are on the drivers side of the trac, mounted on a single bracket

just in front of the radiator, and behind the grille.

My '05 has dual horns (factory) and they are just as loud as my friend's '04 Silverado

Diesel Dually. He was impressed!:D
